In the event a cancellation may occur, please read over our cancellation and refund policy:
Refunds will be issued via PayPal. We do not have access to card numbers, and we go through PayPal. If you qualify for a refund, this is the only way that we are able to issue refunds. For security purposes, we do not under any circumstances take credit card numbers over the phone or by email. They must be made through PayPal's system located here.
Cancellations made with more than 30 days notice will be given a full refund.
Cancellations made with 30 days or less are subject to a $25 retention.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit your deposit in full, unless event is rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours will forfeit the deposit in full, and due to staffing will incur a $25 staffing fee if rescheduled.
One reschedule is free of charge, providing that the new date and time is available. A second reschedule will incur a $25 booking fee on top of the $100 deposit that has been previously paid.
